However, we constantly need to cross check their adjustments to our account since they have made multiple errors over the years. One error took them 1.5 years to fix. Ridiculous. Also, rates continue to rise and they do nothing to fight for their customers ensuring the best deal. Insurance is necessary but a lucrative business."
